Live and learn is my mantra and motto. Just because I cannot pull my hair into a ponytail at the moment:
- Always wear a hat when out in the sun for an extended period of time
- Always wear 30+ SPF on my forehead if I must be without a hat
- Always bring 30+ SPF with you in your backpack or handbag
My forehead is burned and has been peeling for days. Live and Learn, I usually religiously wear sunscreen. Now I will have it on hand.
