I wonder if spring will ever come this this year. We seem to keep getting another visit from winter. I think most across the map are feeling the same way.

That is why I am a bit nervous about my next travel destination, Colorado. I love Colorado. I could never get tired of Colorado. But is Summer going to start in August, when I am going in June? LOL

I will tough it out. This time I will bring more layers. Last time I went to Colorado (near Breckenridge) in June, and it was still chilly, even the Super Store had nothing but shorts and swimsuits and no jackets to be found. I will pack better this time.

Searching and finding wildflowers on a hike along Shrine Pass near Vail.

Packing, who always brings to much with them, or not enough. If you forget it, you normally can buy a cheaper version at some sort of Super Store, but my thing is TRYING not to bring too much. I  always try to do a little better packing than the last trip.

I am looking forward to Colorado this June. What do I plan on doing? Hiking, bicycling, kayaking, running, walking, exploring, and then some. I like to do something physical everyday when in Colorado. It is such a wonderful state. It is one of my top 5 states to be in the Spring, Summer and Fall.

When not getting physical, I may go to a show at Red Rocks, explore some Jeep trails, hop on the motorcycle and explore the beautiful countryside, and enjoy beautiful sunsets.

June will be here before we know it. Time flies. Where did this year go already? I know we always say this, but wish time would slow a little.

I will be preparing for my Colorado adventure and am looking foward to sharing it with you.
